No, as it is difficult for us to set specific services times. We cannot always foresee how long each repair will take, and Northeast Ohio’s weather is always an unpredictable factor. The schedule is fluid, adjusting to circumstances, but we work hard to accommodate all of our clients as swiftly as possible.

Do I have to be home for my service call?

No. As long as your pool is accessible and your cover has power, our technicians can come in & complete your repair without disrupting your day

How do you bill & take payment?

After repair is completed, we will send you your invoice. You can send in your payment, securely pay on our website under the “Payments” tab, or call into the office with your credit card information.
